BASIC INFORMATION AND EXPENCES

  1. Every hunting guest is obliged to own valid shooting licence including valid insurance in the Czech Republic. Shooting licences can be provided for foreigners on the assumption that following documents will be sent ( through the fax also possible)) in agencies – the copy of passport and the copy of valid shooting licence (hunting licence). The fee of 40 EUR is charged for providing and assuring of shooting .
  2. The hunting guest who does`nt have the European armament card need a hunting invitation for taking the hunting arm over the Czech Republic borders. This hunting invitation will be sent by forest enterprise directly on the address of the hunting guest at call.
  3. The hunting guest will pay organizational fee of 80 (100) EUR for each day of stay at hunting. The hunting guest is accompanied by the stalking guide at hunting of the cloven-hoofed game and wild boar. The forest district entrance with fire arm without supporting person is forbidden.
  4. The trophies are formulated by decoction and simple blanching. After that the trophies are prepared for appreciation and handing over the hunting guest till at the latest 24 hours after the hunting of game.
  5. Employees of the forest enterprise maintain the appreciation of trophies through CIC-points according to the international valid regulations. Shooting fee is ruled according to the point appreciation of the trophy.
  6. The appreciation of the CIC trophies is determined in fresh condition and it is instrumental entirely for commercial purposes according to this price list. Consequently it need`nt to be identical with the CIC appreciation made out after the specified desiccation and fixation.
  7. The additional fee of 100% is charged for the shooting or wounding of game, that was not allowed for shooting by the guide.
  8. Hunting guest or hunting group pay the booking fee of 50 EUR for the frequent actions only once a hunting season.
  9. Only the hunting action, that the hunting guest has paid an advance payment according to the stated conditions of the particular sort of game for, is considered to be binding and ordered.
  10. The fee for hunting accompaniment is counted for each shooting or wounding a game.
  11. The red deer hunting till 160 CIC points and fellow deer hunting till 150 CIC-points will be realised (be held) out of the rutting season.The mouflon hunting will be held out of the main season.
  12. Prices for next services and activities that are not stated in the price list as well as the kind of game,that is no stated in this price list can be arranged before the beginning of hunting in the written hunting agreement form.
  13. The fee of 25 EUR is charged for the veterinary certificate for export.
  14. The Agency will ensure accomodation of the hunting guest and his associated persons in the hunting lodge, hotel or in private near the forest district. The accomodatin fee in hotel or in private is managed according the price list of the particular housing facilities.
  15. The Hunting guest is obliged to pay the account rendered before leaving the Czech Republic.
